Project Manager/Estimator Construction/Civil
Petroleum Engineering Inc is a Niche Construction Co w/ Repeat Fortune 500 Customers. Offering General Contracting and Self perform our own site work for a wide range of project types is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Project Estimator / Project Manager
Job Responsibilities Include:
•All aspects of a project from inception to completion, from the estimate to project close out
•Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare cost, time, materials and labor estimates
•Review and comment on all project documents, submit required pre-bid RFl's, prepare value engineering, as applicable
•Perform detailed quantity take-offs for use in determining estimates and project budgets
•Work closely with vendors, contractors and in-house staff to discuss and formulate accurate estimates. Interact with owner's representatives, GC's, architects, engineers, vendors, etc., for estimating & project management of the project
